National Fire Prevention Week 2025 runs from Sunday, October 5th through Saturday, October 11th. The Department will be running fire prevention activities throughout the week which will kick off with our annual Open House on Saturday, October 4th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. There will be lots to see and do for the public including:
- Fire apparatus tours and live demonstrations
- 45 foot Fire Truck obstacle bounce house
- Fire Safety Demonstration Trailer
- Face Painting and Spin Art
- Lewisboro Police K-9 Team and Child Safety Seat Inspections
- New York State Police Seatbelt Convincer
- Lewisboro Volunteer Ambulance Corps providing Blood Pressure Screenings
- Food and Refreshments
- Ice Cream Emergency Truck
This is a free event and our way to give back to the community. Rain or shine we hope to see you there!
