NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Removal and Replacement of Boiler, Oil burner, Circulator Motor and associated piping and insulation.

South Salem Fire District, invites submission of bids for the “Removal and Replacement of Boiler, Oil burner, Circulator Motor and associated piping and insulation”, to be located at the firehouse, 1190 Route 35, South Salem, New York. Bids for this contract will be received until 7:00, Wednesday July 10, 2019. The bids will be opened and publicly read aloud during the monthly meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners, which will be held that evening.

Specifications and plans for the proposed project may be obtained from the South Salem Fire District Property Manager by calling 763-3706 between the hours of 7am-1pm Monday through Friday, or via email at firehat@optonline.net, or the District Secretary at secssfiredistrict@optonline.net. In addition, bid information may be obtained from the website: https://www.southsalemfire.com.

The South Salem Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs.

Bids will be binding for 45 days from bid opening.
