National Fire Prevention Week 2021 runs from Sunday, October 3rd through Saturday, October 9th. The Department will be running fire prevention activities throughout the week which will culminate with our annual Open House on Saturday, October 9th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. There will be lots to see and do for the public including:

- Fire apparatus tours and live demonstrations
- Fire Truck bounce house
- Bedford Fire Department's fire safety demonstration trailer
- Face Painting
- Lewisboro Police K-9 Team
- New York State Police seatbelt convincer
- Lewisboro Police installing and inspecting child seats
- Lewisboro Volunteer Ambulance Corps providing blood pressure screenings
- Food and refreshments
