Rollover with Entrapment

Saturday morning, July 7th, South Salem firefighters were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident, rollover, with entrapment on Rt. 35 and Boutonville Rd. On scene first, Car 2453 updated the location to Rt. 35 east of Bisbee Ln., and confirmed 1 occupant entrapped, conscious, alert and stating no injuries. On arrival of R-21, firefighters removed the front windshield and secured the driver for removal. The single occupant of the second vehicle involved refused medical attention.
South Salem was clear from the scene in an hour.
