Traveling Tots Visit Firehouse
By Lieutenant Avery Scott
March 3, 2008
On Monday March 3rd, the Lewisboro Traveling Tots visited the South Salem Firehouse. 2nd Assistant Chief Andrew Llewellyn and Lieutenant Avery Scott led the Tots through the bays and the apparatus. They were very eager to climb on all of the trucks and get behind the wheel. Engine 166, in its last days at the firehouse, served as a modified jungle gym, allowing the Tots to climb all over it and play with the switches.
We would like to thank the Tots and their mothers for stopping by. We look forward to seeing some of our future members again.
